We use Royal Mail Tracked services for all orders to ensure your items arrive safely. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
We know how important condition is to collectors. That's why we don't use flimsy bubble mailers for boxed games or consoles.
All items are wrapped in protective layers and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes with ample padding. We treat your order with the same care we'd want for our own collection.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it.
No problem. You can return any item in its original condition for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
In the rare event that something slips through our testing process, or if an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid returns label and offer you a full refund or a replacement (if available).
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it to verify its condition. This usually takes 1-2 working days.
Refunds are processed immediately after inspection back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for your bank to show the funds in your account.
